These somatic classes explore sensation over shape, using movement to strengthen and balance the body through the fascial network. Build resilience in your myofascial meridians while deepening connection, embodiment and empowerment.
Expect creative flows combining strength, flexibility, and playful exploration; including inversions, arm balances and primal movement patterns. You don't need to be advanced, just open to a challenge and expanding your circle of comfort.

About Dulcie
My name is Dulcie, and I’ve been a yoga teacher for over seven years. I believe there is no single “perfect” movement discipline — movement is medicine for both the mind and body, and true wellbeing requires a holistic approach that balances ease and effort, challenge and release.
I embody this philosophy through my own practice and teaching style. In my classes, I blend a variety of yoga styles with other movement disciplines such as primal movement, gymnastics drills, myofascial meridian sequencing, and breathwork to create a well-rounded, intelligent practice.
I love delivering a creative cocktail of disciplines through fun, fluid sequences that challenge, empower, and inspire both the body and the brain. Strength and mobility take time to cultivate, and my aim is to create a space where you can enjoy the journey — every time you step onto your mat.
